Rose Talent Co is built on one idea: hiring and career decisions are personal, even when they're happening inside a company. I work both sides of that — the business making the decision, and the person living with it.
I started Rose Talent Co after years of watching the same thing happen from both directions: companies hiring for a role they hadn't really defined, and people navigating career decisions with no one in their corner who'd actually done the work. Both sides needed the same thing — someone who takes the process as seriously as the outcome.
Today that's three things under one roof: consulting for businesses building or fixing their hiring, coaching for individuals making a move, and Collaborative, a community built specifically for women navigating their careers together.
